面对川普的四面围堵，华人非法移民又将何去何从？ · 非法移民≠罪犯 首先非法移民不是罪犯。罪犯是触犯刑法的犯罪分子。而非法移民是指在不具备所在居留国法律允许的前提下居住，生活以及工作，在当地接受教育，既包括那些以非法渠道进入国家的偷渡客，也包括那些以合法渠道进入发达国家，超过可停留时间后没有返回原本居住国家的人。 非法移民特别是华人非法移民从没有杀人放火也没有抢劫强奸，在美国一直遵纪守法低头做人。但是因为种种原因，他们在美迟迟没有获得合法身份。可是华人非法移民多年辛勤劳动早已把美国当成第二故乡。现在川普的大棒一挥，他们马上就要背井离乡妻离子散。 非法移民建设美国， make America great again，何负于美哉！ 如何自保 首先请看地图避免移民站检查，参见附录全美移民检查站， 但如果避免不了请看如下： 1. 你有权力不说话，但是你必须告诉移民局你不想说话。2. 保持冷静，不要逃跑。3.你有权不同意移民局搜索你的车子。4. 当移民局把你的车子拦下来时，如果他们要求，你必须显示你的驾驶执照，注册单和保险单给他们看。5. 当他们问你的移民身份时，你有权力保持沉默。你不必回答你是否是美国公民，或是如何进入美国（但是如果你是在边界或机场，必须要回答那问题）。6. 如果你不是美国公民，但是有绿卡或有效 签证 ，当被要求时您必须显示给移民局看。7. 永远不要说谎你是美国公民或是提供虚假的文件给移民局。8. 当移民局把你羁押时，你有权保持沉默，你有权利请一个律师，但政府不会为你提供一个律师，必须自己花钱请律师。9. 在未与律师谈话之前，绝对不要签署任何的文件。10. 写下你能记住的一切事情，包括移民局官员的徽章编号，任何证人的信息。如果被移民局官员打伤要拍下所有的照片。
